Mint-X® Corporation was founded by four New York City entrepreneurs looking to find a solution to the large rat problem in New York City. They researched all over the world to find what rats don't like. With over 40 years experience in the plastic bag industry, they knew that rats loved garbage. After years of testing, they were finally able to develop the Mint-X® Trash Bag. Over the years that followed, they worked to perfect the product as well as work with the EPA to receive their EPA Registration. Mint-X® is proud to be the only company in the world with an EPA Registered Rat Repellent Trash Bag.
