Prices/Orders

All prices displayed on the Mint-X Corporation (“Mint-X”) website are quoted in U.S. dollars.  Mint-X may restrict delivery to addresses within the United States.  Mint-X reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered on the Mint-X website without incurring any obligation to you.  Descriptions of, or references to, products or services on the Mint-X website do not imply endorsement of that product or service, or constitute a warranty by Mint-X.  The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute Mint-X’s acceptance of an order.  Prior to Mint-X’s acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required.  Mint-X reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Mint-X, for any reason.  Mint-X reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to supplier pricing information or typographical error, Mint-X shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Mint-X shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Policy

You may return the unopened items you purchased within 30 days of receipt for a refund less a 15% restocking fee.  You will be responsible for return shipping charges.  Please call Mint-X to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item.  A refund will be issued once the items are received by Mint-X and confirmed to be in resalable condition.  Mint-X does not accept returns on items that have already been opened and/or used.

MINT-X publicizes all of its own products on this site. This does not mean that all of the products are marketed in each country. Neither does it mean that MINT-X intends to market the products in each country, or that the products – if they are marketed – will be immediately available in any specific country. Clients are invited to contact the MINT-X head office directly to gain any necessary up-to-date information.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.  User acknowledges that any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be brought in the federal or state courts of New York.
• These terms and any policies or operating rules posted on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between You and MINT-X with respect to the subject matter thereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions for Access to Website shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based on or relating to use of the site to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
